Dogs in bonnets Mini-Zine

An illustrated mini-zine featuring an array of colourful pooches modelling frilly headwear. Inspired by the painting "Comical dogs" by Edwin Henry Landseer.

This zine is 8 Pages (incl. front and back cover) and measures at roughly 11cm (H) x 8cm (W) in size

All zines are completely handmade by me (Fanfarillus) in small batches. Zines are printed on A4 plain paper with an inkjet printer, are decorated with a strip of washi-tape (colours & finishes vary) and are packaged in a clear self-seal cellophane bag for protection in transit.

What's a zine?

Zines are DIY small-circulation booklets, often handmade and/or photocopied and which depict to specialised and often unconventional subject matter. They have a fascinating history including providing community for socially isolated individuals and groups by providing a medium to express and pursue common ideas and subjects. The concept dates back to amateur press movements of the late 19th and early 20th century.
